Are ya’ feelin’ lucky, Punk?
We have told you about One Lexington in the past. In fact, if you look around this site just a bit, it’s probably no surprise that I am a fan of the homes, location and features of the One Lexington condominiums in Phoenix. Recently, I learned that the Grand Prize for the Fall 2010 Health & Wealth Raffle will be a choice between a Penthouse at One Lexington or a MILLION bucks in CASH! According to the Health and Wealth site, tickets are $100.00 each and you must be 21 or older to enter. If you aren’t yet 21 but still want to live at One Lexington, just give me a call and we can talk about what it takes to buy your own super-cool place. 🙂
For people wanting to live in a home near the METRO light rail line, this current raffle has to be pretty darn interesting. Sales have been brisk at One Lexington since the new ownership took over, and they have to be commended for their marketing efforts. The demand for a lifestyle of convenience has been growing in the valley and even if the ultimate winner of the raffle decides against the penthouse, One Lexington is sure to get a LOT of press and a lot of eyeballs fixed on their project.
The slideshow of photos below are from a Penthouse at One Lexington where you could be living if you win the grand prize.
For a hundred bucks, it is hard to pass up a chance at living in a sweet place like this. Yeah, the odds are probably astronomical, but let’s face it, you know you would love the chance to live on the top floor of One Lexington. Living in the penthouse is a lifestyle most people can’t afford, and the monthly upkeep on a luxury home like this can add up to more than some are paying on their current rent or mortgage. Heck, maybe you want to get a couple of roommates to make it even easier! If you like the idea of living at One Lexington but don’t have Lady Luck on your side, you can click to see homes for sale at One Lexington or just let us know if you want to see an example of some of the homes for sale at One Lexington.
So, are you feeling lucky, punk? Are you going to roll the dice? Remember, “Your Life Is On The Line!”
**Yeah, yeah, there is some fine print attached and you probably have some questions. If you win, you will probably have some taxes to pay, you’ll have some hoa dues, etc. etc. But, what the heck, it sounds pretty cool. Hey, if you are concerned about the taxes and stuff don’t play. What ever you do, talk to your own cpa or guru before getting too carried away.**
You know, I hear about this stupid raffle every year. Sounds like a crappy lottery that costs a ton of money
Yeah, I hear ya’ Chuck. Lotteries and raffles are never a sure bet but it would be sweet to win one. 🙂
