One Lexington

One Lexington is a 17 story, 144 unit high-rise condominium development in what was once a commercial office building for the Century Bank. After the transformation from a commercial building, the units were known as Century Plaza but a recent ownership and subsequent name change now gives us One Lexington. Along with the name change comes a new pricing model and new features, color schemes and management.

The location of One Lexington is very convenient for light rail riders with a light rail station practically right outside their door.

Currently, prices are being promoted for the units as follows. ( from builder price sheet)

$164,000 -$207,700 for one bedroom units

$234,000 – $322,900 for two bedroom units

$414,300 – 546,000 for three bedroom units

Penthouse pricing should be available soon. There will be 6 Penthouse units ranging in size from 1653 square feet up to 2846 square feet according to the on-site sales associate.

During a recent tour of One Lexington I noticed amenities such as a very comfortable pool and spa area complete with barbeque grill, an owners’ lounge for gathering with friends, an expanded fitness centre, street-level yoga studio, and standard features such as 11-foot-10 ceilings, custom Italian cabinetry, Kohler fixtures, Bosch appliances and bamboo flooring.

At One Lexington, the three bedroom units feel expansive and comfortable with two master baths and a nice, open feel to them. The two bedroom units all face South while the one bedroom units are North facing. People choosing the three bedroom units have the option of North or South facing units located on the corners of the buildings with a TON of window space. Each unit at One Lexington will have floor to ceiling windows for some amazing views of the Central Corridor with some great views of Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak as well.

Currently, the monthly maintenance fees at One Lexington are .41 per foot. Parking is available for each unit in an adjacent garage. Each one bedroom unit has 1 covered parking space while the two bedroom units have 2 covered parking spaces. Moving up to a 3 bedroom unit gives residents 2 covered and 1 un-covered parking space while Penthouse owners get a total of 4 spaces, 2 covered and 2 un-covered. Additional parking spaces can be purchased for  $4500 for uncovered and $9500 for covered. ( per sales associate on site)
