Aerial Tour of Sun Devil Stadium and Marina Heights

February 18, 2015 by Nick Bastian Leave a Comment

Check out this aerial tour of two of the big construction projects happening in Downtown Tempe.

Bruce Haffner flew over the Marina Heights development and Sun Devil Stadium to give us a birds eye view of the progress of these two projects.

Marina Heights and Sun Devil Stadium will be completed in phases over the next couple of years but each will see significant progress here in 2015. State Farm will see employees later this year and the Devils will be playing football in a partially renovated stadium this year with more improvements to come in the near future. Heck, just in these two developments alone, we’ll see nearly $1 BILLION dollars spent by the time they are finished.

Yes, the landscape of Tempe is changing. Take a look!

The two developments are just a small sample of what is currently underway in the area and along the line. New housing, new restaurants and a lot more residents will be here before we know it. There’s already a ton of excitement building for the 2015 football season for the Devils. Don’t forget to get your tickets!
