Nice Home Near Price and Apache

Hey transit fans and Sun Devils, here’s a really nice AND affordable home near the Price and Apache light rail station that has recently been nicely updated.

Check out 1020 S Siesta Ln in Tempe. It is a 3 bedroom property that we like a lot.

For ASU students, this home could be a GREAT fit for a Kiddie Condo Loan. Another term we use for the popular Kiddie Condo Loans is a Parent Student Home Loan. It’s an FHA loan program where parents are able to help their student purchase a property while being a non-occupant co-signer. Sure, these two names might imply that the borrower has to be a student or the property has to be a condo, but that is not the case. Single family homes just like this one qualify as well, and they tend to be the more popular and affordable choice, as many of the condos near ASU do not qualify for FHA financing. Another benefit of a single family home purchase over a condo is the fact that many of the homes near Arizona State University do not have homeowner association fees. Remember, if you don’t have to pay a monthly H.O.A. fee, your monthly expense is that much lower.

Of course, this home would appeal to many transit fans or to anyone who has been looking for a place along the line.
