Earlier this year, we were told that all ASU home football games in 2013 would be played on Saturday night. A recent update to the Pac-12 football schedule and the ASU football pages show that our first game will be at home on Thursday, September 5th. We get the privilege of being the only Pac-12 game that night. What tha’ ??? Seriously…
The ASU football schedule does look good. It will be a HUGE opportunity to show the nation what is going on with the football program. For instance: We play the defending Big Ten champs, the defending Pac-12 champs and Notre Dame who played for the BCS National Championship last year. Yep, ASU plays Notre Dame in Texas Stadium on October 5th.
All 2013 ASU football games will be televised again this year via a combination of ESPN, ABC, FOX and the Pac-12 Network. Television scheduling and game times will be determined at a later date, we will update as soon as possible.
Also, don’t miss the annual ASU Spring Game which will be played in Sun Devil Stadium April 13th at 11am.
Here’s the scoop, so far. We will update our ASU Football Schedule page as more information becomes available.
