So, what are YOU doing this Sunday, August 19th? I have a better idea, you should come hang out with us at Monti’s La Casa Vieja and help out some really cool people.
If you know me, you know I am a huge, raving fan of my wife. It just so happens that my super-cool wife has teamed up with a bunch of other cool people to make up “Team PNG.” Team PNG is heading to Papua New Guinea to help out some friends of ours with the Mibu Ministry <—click that link, it’s cool!
Part of the reason why I think my wife is so cool is because she has a HUGE heart. For a LONG time, she has wanted to travel overseas on a trip, just like this.
And to help with that, this Sunday, our good friends at Monti’s la Casa Vieja have graciously agreed to help with a fundraiser for Team PNG.
The location for Monti’s is easy to get to and from anywhere. If you live along or near the line in Mesa, Tempe or Phoenix, I suggest taking the light rail to the 3rd St / Mill Avenue station and walking a block (or so) north to Monti’s at 100 S Mill Avenue, Tempe, AZ 85281. Almost everyone in Arizona knows where Monti’s is, which makes it easy for ANYONE to join us. Yes, YOU should join us.

You know you are always looking for an excuse to go somewhere for a nice lunch or dinner on a lazy Sunday afternoon, right? This is the PERFECT chance to grab some good grub while supporting some very cool people.
Monti’s is open from 11am to 10pm on Sunday. Please mention the Sun Valley mission team to your server and Monti’s will donate 15% of your bill towards their trip.
The new Sunday brunch at Monti’s is awesome. Try the brunch or order anything off of their full menu ( or dessert menu ).
