Tempe Festival of the Arts is Back!

March 25, 2010 by Nick Bastian 1 Comment

The Tempe Festival of the arts is back for it’s annual spring Festival on Mill Avenue this weekend, March 26-28, 2010. The 33rd annual arts festival features a LOT of fun for all. Join hundreds of thousands of your closest friends in checking out the FREE event at Tempe’s Mill Avenue District while the weather is still perfect for outdoor activities.

In addition to hundreds of talented artists, you will find live entertainment, street performers, vendors, sponsor exhibits, and entertainment booths. There is also a very fun “AZ Wine Festival” as part of the Tempe arts festival where, for just ten bucks, wineries offer up to six tastings for you to enjoy.

I have been to several of these arts festivals on Mill and they are a lot of fun. Get more festival facts here and make plans to attend this weekend! Of course, the easiest way to get there is by taking the light rail to Mill Avenue. You can find transportation and parking information on their site, as well. Remember to purchase a light rail pass for just $3.50!

Below you can see some pictures from previous festivals on Mill.

See you this weekend at the Tempe Festival of the Arts!
