Rail Life “Flickr Pic” of the week – Singin’ The Blues

All this talk lately about light rail service cuts and political posturing kind of sounds like some people are singing the blues because there will be changes made to the frequency of the trains, the starting and stopping times, etc. Well, most of what we have seen or heard really ain’t that bad…
