Some projects just make you say, “Wow!” One great example is CityScape in Downtown Phoenix which is why I thought it was cool to get a copy of this survey from my friends at Urban Affair. In an email from them I read;
The landscape of Downtown Phoenix is changing, and as members of the
community we have a hand in shaping the experiences available here.
We want to hear from you about a new development underway in Downtown Phoenix. Your feedback will help demonstrate the types of experiences the Downtown Phoenix community desires and supports.

Please take the survey by 5PM, Friday, June 19.
In the survey, you'll find questions about where and how you like to spend your time, the types of environments you find most appealing, and about a new project taking shape in the heart of downtown. Lastly, there are some questions about you that will help in overall analysis purpose. Answering all the questions openly will help to create a downtown that serves your needs.
In case you don’t know, CityScape is a mixed-use development that is under construction in Downtown Phoenix. It will offer many uses including high-rise offices, dining, retail, a four-star hotel, high-rise condominiums and public park space with great access via the light rail. According to their web site, potential tenants include AJ's Fine Foods, CVS Pharmacy, Urban Outfitters, Gold's Gym, a new Fox Restaurant concept, and other unique retailers. The location of CityScape is as follows:
1st Avenue to the west, 1st Street to the east, Washington Street to the north, and Jefferson Street to the south. CityScape is adjacent to the US Airways Center and within two blocks of Chase Field. The Light Rail runs on three sides of the project with nearby rail stations providing easy access.
Yep, it is kind of a big deal. Take a look and let us know what you think.
Cityscape is so pretty, I can't wait til its all open and I can go explore the shops and restaurants in it! Hooray for downtown Phoenix developments! http://cityscapephoenix.com/
