The McClintock and Apache light rail station in Tempe is very popular with people that like the fact that it is a covered park and ride lot holding 300 cars. This light rail station has proven to be very popular with ASU students and recreational light rail riders alike.
The park and ride lot is at the South East corner of McClintock and Apache and shares space with Grigio Metro.
The McClintock station is an area that has already seen renewed interest from the community in housing, restaurants and retail. Long Wong’s at the Firehouse recently re-opened it’s doors just West of this light rail shop and the area seems to be getting a lot if interest because of it’s proximity to housing, retail, Arizona State University and more.
