It just keeps getting better folks… Recently, azcentral.com reported that Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers will be playing at the Metro's Tempe Grand Opening Celebration on December 27th. I'll try to get more info and a list of other entertainment in the near future. I just thought this was cool. I remember watching these guys in small, sweaty little bars in Tempe and have enjoyed watching their success over the years. What a great fit for the opening weekend! Here is a quote from the paper:
"Since the Peacemakers are often on the road, Clyne may not get the chance to enjoy his top picks very much, but he'll have a chance when the band is back in the Valley for a Dec. 27 show at the Tempe Light Rail grand opening celebration."
Stay tuned for more fun stuff related to Rail Life! 🙂
Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers is a great choice for this event. Their fans are young, old, and in between. I look forward to this event. Great blog…keep up the great work.
Cheers!
Thanks Xavierism… Well said about their fan base. Gonna be a great time!
