I saw in the Arizona Republic yesterday that a couple of our Tempe favorites are offering some enticing reasons to visit the Mill Avenue District.
Montis La Casa Vieja is a long time Rail Life favorite. If you are a fan of Montis, like we are, this sounds like fun. They are doing a date night special: Dinner (they have a number of choices) and a movie (two Harkins Theatre tickets) for $47.94. Don't forget about Christmas, it"ll be here before we know it. House of Tricks ia another favorite of ours and is always a great place to celebrate Happy Hour! Especially since the weather people are promising double digits through what, the end of the year? Their Hour of Tranquility as they call it offers some great food options and all wine by the glass is $2 off and beer and cocktails are $1 off. Soon it will be even easier to visit these and the other great establishments in the Mill Avenue District when the Light Rail opens on December 27th. Both Montis and Tricks have convenient Rail stops near by at Third Street and Mill. (or College and 5th St)Sorry it has been so long since my last post.
