The 2010 Diamondbacks Fan Fest is this weekend at Chase Field. If you are a baseball fan and have never been to a D-backs Fan Fest, do yourself a favor, grab some baseball lovin’ friends, hop on the light rail and check out Fan Fest this Saturday! If it’s even close to being as fun as the 2009 Fan Fest, I promise you will have a GREAT time! Here is some information from the Fan Fest page at dbacks.com: “Get up close and personal with current and former D-backs players during Q&A sessions, photo opportunities and autograph sessions. Visit the Kid’s Fun Zone, where you’ll find interactive inflatables, instructional clinics with our Training Centers staff, and a Wiffle ball field. With plenty of activities for fans young and old, make plans to spend the entire day at Chase Field.” When: Saturday, February 13 • 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Where: Chase Field How Much: Free Admission Of course, the easiest and most convenient way to get to the D-backs Fan Fest (in our opinion) is by taking the light rail to the ball park. Just drop your car off at one of the Park and Ride lots and head downtown to either the 3rd street and Washington or Third and Jefferson light rail stations. Diamondbacks fans love the light rail and it has proven to be a great way to get to the game. Just purchase a light rail pass for $3.50, they drive and you don’t have a parking hassle. Not too shabby, if you ask me. See ya’ at the 2010 Diamondbacks Fan Fest this weekend!

We attended FanFest last year and ALL of us had a blast! Going down onto the field, meeting the various players, getting autographs & tons of pictures – it was a fabulous experience! Taking and tour of the locker rooms & other “behind the scenes” areas was really cool too! Did I mention tons of pictures? Great times for sure!
