The Robson Street Villas consist of 36 homes. The grounds are nicely kept, there is a community pool and spa and many / most will have a garage for parking. We like the proximity to so many great things in downtown Mesa and we like that some of the units are very close to some of the city owned park benches and street-scapes. This gives a very nice look and feel to this quiet little complex. The affordable pricing is nice for anyone looking for a great place to call home.
At RailLife, we LOVE what is happening in this part of town AND we love what has long existed in this area. The location of Robson Street Villas is awesome as it is such a nice area. City buildings are nearby, restaurants are close, there is a community garden planned for an adjoining lot, the museums nearby are awesome, the light rail will soon be VERY close and you have the awesome Inside The Bungalow Cafe directly south of you. This truly is a wonderful part of town and things just seem to keep getting better. Being just a block north of Main Street and a block east of Country Club, you are right in the heart of downtown Mesa. Other awesomeness that is close by is the Mesa Arts Center, the Mesa Library, El Charro Mexican diner, il Vinaio wine bar and so many more. Heck, don’t forget about this list of top 10 ethnic restaurants in the area, as well!
