CityScape is a 1.8 million square foot mixed use urban project located on two blocks of prime real estate in Downtown Phoenix. CityScape consists of restaurants, shops, office space, retail and will eventually be home to the 34 story Hotel Palomar.
The central Phoenix location of CityScape is surrounded on three sides by the METRO light rail line and is easily accessed from multiple light rail stations. The proximity to many downtown Phoenix attractions will make CityScape a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.
Nearby you will find US Airways Center ( home of the Phoenix Suns ), Chase Field ( home of the AZ Diamondbacks ), Phoenix Convention Center, Herberger Theater, several Phoenix hotels, city and state buildings, restaurants, bars, and much more.

When heading to or from CityScape, you probably need to keep in mind that the light rail tracks are split downtown. This means that the train stations are one way stations. If coming from the east, you will probably want to exit at the Washington and Central station. ( Washington and 3rd St is an option ) When coming from the west, you will want to exit at the Jefferson and 1st Ave station. (When making your trip back to your original destination, you will use a different station!) For more information, you can see our Phoenix light rail map or see your choices for the METRO park and ride lots where you can leave your car for free. ( you must still purchase a light rail pass )
