First Annual Tempe Urban Living Tour

The first annual Tempe Urban Living Tour is Saturday, March 21st! Here at RailLife, we are BIG fans of the urban lifestyle that is available all along the line. Come check out some of the great communities located in Downtown Tempe!

So, here’s the scoop:

The Downtown Tempe Authority is hosting an Urban Living Tour. The tour will feature approximately 12 different residences to showcase the amazing living spaces in the downtown area and provide a glimpse into what an urban lifestyle has to offer. Condos, lofts, townhomes, and single family homes, many of which the owners have graciously agreed to open up for the afternoon for a peek inside.

• The tour will be Saturday, March 21st, from 1pm-4pm.

• All tour attendees will need to check in with Downtown Tempe Authority and receive a wristband.

• Check-in will be at Hayden Station, between NCounter and MoJo on Mill Ave.

• This will be a self-guided tour. Attendees may choose to visit each home on the tour or to pick and choose which ones they want to see.

• Attendees are encouraged to walk or bike to the different properties. The Tempe trolley will also be circling the tour route.

• DTA will have signage at each property so that they are easily recognized.

The first 50 RSVPs will be entered to win 1 of 4 $50 Downtown Tempe gift cards!

Also… they are encouraging everyone to arrive early & stay late. Downtown Tempe will be hosting a Happy Hour at House of Tricks from 4-5pm. Have a drink & some nibbles on them!

**Those who have registered may park in the Hayden Square Garage behind NCounter and will receive FREE parking validation. Of course, if you are riding the light rail, you just cross the street at the Mill Avenue station and you are right there!
