For the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, riders will want to be aware of some changes to the bus and light rail schedules. The information below is from a METRO press release. It should be noted that on Sundays and holidays trains arrive ( approximately ) every 20 minutes and on weekdays they run ( approximately ) every 12 minutes.
Valley Metro Observes the Thanksgiving Holiday
Valley Metro asks passengers to be aware of adjustments to bus and light rail schedules during the Thanksgiving Day holiday weekend.
On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22:
- Bus and light rail service will operate on Sunday schedules.
- Express and RAPID commuter bus services will not be in operation.
- Customer Service will be closed.
On Friday, November 23:
- Bus service will operate on a Sunday schedule.
- Express and RAPID commuter bus services will not be in operation.
- Light rail service will be on a regular schedule, including late-night service hours.
- Customer Service will be open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
