Located on the South Side of Apache Boulevard, just a bit West of McClintock Drive you will find 144 homes of character and distinction. In 1948, homes in Hudson Manor were priced from $6350.00 for a 2 bedroom model and from $7050.00 for a 3 bedroom model. A recent search of homes in the Hudson Manor neighborhood show just 3 recent “sales.” Two properties closed, one under contract. Of these three homes, the average list price was just under $145 per square foot and the average size of the three homes is 1263 square feet. The nice sized, irrigated lots are another very nice community enhancement making it easier to have beautiful grass yards and large shade trees.
