Last month, we talked a little bit about the luxury community of Chateau On Central in Phoenix. At the time, we were told that pricing for these homes had still not been determined. According to a message we got from the developer today, current base pricing for Chateau On Central will begin “as low as $1.398MM.”
While the million dollar price point may be slightly above the majority of homes along the light rail line, the uniqueness of Chateau is sure to grab some attention.
If you recall, Chateau On Central consists of 21 homes ranging from approximately 5100 square feet up to 8200 square feet. Of the 21 homes at Chateau, most are said to be between 5200 – 5800 square feet, and each will be unique with different views, finishes, and other luxurious touches. Not exactly your typical home…
With a very convenient location where people can get to many area attractions, arts centers, arenas, the airport and more, I wouldn’t be surprised to see some of these homes at Chateau On Central purchased as second homes for use as part-time residences.
