This past week, I got to have lunch with my friend David who writes one of the coolest food blogs on the planet. While I am clearly not a professional photographer, ( heck, I cut his head off! ) I thought this pic would be fun to post this week, especially after reading David’s review of America’s Taco Shop in Tempe.
If you haven’t had a chance to try America’s Taco Shop, you probably should add it to your list. I have a feeling this place is going to be very popular with students and I am pretty darn sure it is gonna’ be a great “railgating” spot come football season. America’s Taco Shop is located at 735 E. University Dr. in Tempe which is just North of the light rail station at Rural and University.
Remember, Rail Life has a Phoenix Light Rail Group on Flickr. Basically, we want to share some of our pictures from the community and allow people to add their pics (or videos), as well. These can be light rail related, but we also want pics of your favorite spot, restaurant, sports team, community, event etc.

Thanks for the mention. I thought you cut off my head to preserve a little bit of food blogger anonymity! I took the family to ATS Tempe today after a trip to the zoo. It was good to see the place hopping on a weekend with a completely different crowd — lots of families with kids as opposed to ASU students and staff during the week. Thanks for joining me on one of the earlier visits that led up to the favorable review.
