The Hayden Square Condominiums in Tempe are located just West of the Mill Avenue light rail station. Built in the mid to late 80’s there are 118 condos perched on top of a parking garage in the heart of the Mill Avenue District. Of these 118 units, 80 are single level and 38 are 2 story. While some of the views can be nice, this popular condominium complex appears to thrive because of it’s relative affordability and it’s amazing location. The Hayden Square Condos range from approximately 660 square feet to over 1400 square feet, and their appeal reaches students, young professionals, second home owners, and anyone that loves a great location.
The “walkability” factor for living at Hayden Square is pretty darn good. In fact, the last time I checked their “walk score” it was an impressive 89 out of 100.

nice apartment and i love the designs and color pink….
Are these condos noisy with college students partying? We are in our 50′s and would love to be close to the light rail and shopping but don’t want to live in a frat house development. Thanks for any information.
