Pete, thanks for your comments! You're absolutely right. The residents of the Embassy Condos have so many options right at their feet. I really only highlighted some businesses within Roosevelt, but still within close walking distances, the options are many.
With the light rail right down the street, the need for driving diminishes. I'm all for that!

I wish I had the money! It sure is nice when you can walk to your favorite spots and not worry about driving.
