		<description>Nick, I really appreciate the comparisons of bad pizza, dumb shirt, beatup home... location calls the shots on a lot of things.  I do agree with a business having to be amazing, but amazing businesses fail all the time.  I think that business owners, who don&#039;t strive to be amazing, tend to lean on their location as a saving grace for their success.  Just like with everything, balance is key.  Focus on being that amazing business.  If you happen to be along the light rail, focus on marketing your location and getting involved with the community... balance those and you have a winner.  Usually.  A little luck never hurt anyone.&lt;br&gt;Great post!</description>
