Phase 2 will continue west to the other terminals and then finally to the rental car center. The City of Phoenix has requested federal stimulus funds to help accelerate the project. If those funds come through, Phase 1 would include all of the terminals, and only the rental care center would have to wait for Phase 2. Anyone know the situation on getting to T2 or T3?
