The light rail station at 24th street and Jefferson in Phoenix is the last East bound station where the line “splits” heading to the East Valley. It is our opinion that this area along Washington will see a LOT of changes as people decide to develop and move closer to the light rail line. Many different land uses are located near the 24th Street station with a mainly commercial focus.
