The light rail station at 24th street and Washington in Phoenix is the first West bound station where the line “splits” heading from the East Valley as it becomes a one way track until joining the two way track at the Roosevelt Station. It is our opinion that this area along Washington will see a LOT of changes as people decide to develop and move closer to the light rail line. Near by you will find a mix of commercial use properties along with casual restaurants, residential housing and some vacant land. See our Phoenix light rail map for more area information.
